Processing incoming live chats from our customers, venues and couriers in shifts.
Development of our support function together with the support team as well as other teams within Wolt.
You provide both inbound and outbound support via phone calls.
Proactive problem solving by monitoring order volume with our internal tools
Ensuring that the delivery operation runs smoothly, in close consultation with the operations team.

You have excellent communication skills - speak fluent German and can express yourself well in English.
This is a shift work position.You can work mornings, evenings and even weekends - Wolt is available to his clients seven days a week.
You have already gained experience in customer-oriented jobs and are a team player.
You have a quick grasp, an eye for detail and never lose sight of the big picture.
You are tech-savvy and interested in digital products.
