Position Summary

We are seeking to strengthen our Information Security Team by hiring an Information Security Officer (m/f/d). The role involves developing and maintaining our Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and NIS-2 standards, and promoting security awareness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Further development of the ISMS and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and NIS-2 requirements.
2. Participation in the development and continuous improvement of security policies, standards, and processes at the group level.
3. Conducting risk assessments, audits, gap analyses, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.
4. Organizing awareness campaigns and training sessions on IT security and data protection.
5. Advising managers and employees on security topics and handling related inquiries and projects.
6. Assessing the architecture and security of new services (cloud and on-premise) and planning security measures and activities.

Qualifications

1. Ongoing or completed studies in IT, preferably with a focus on information security management, or equivalent practical experience.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in information security.
3. Interest in various security topics.
4. Knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIS-2 is advantageous.
5. Precise, consistent working style with team spirit and an affinity for IT.
6. Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
7. Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
