Your Responsibilities
Independent as well as collaborative research within the FWF START project “The emotions we speak: predicting language change from speakers’ emotional attitudes to grammatical structures using formal linguistic tools”
Responsibility for the design of neurolinguistic (ERP) experiments, training of project staff to conduct the experiments and perform statistical analyses of the results
Publication activities related to the FWF START project
Participation in third-party grant application activities
Your Profile
Completed doctoral degree in Psychology
At least two publications (published or accepted)
Extensive expertise in experiment design and statistical analysis
Experience conducting ERP research
Experience in cognition and emotion research (strongly preferred)
Expertise in neurolinguistic and psycholinguistic research methods
Fluent German and excellent English language skills
Enjoyment of scientific work
Independent work style and a high level of initiative-taking
Excellent team-building and organizational skills

We offer an annual gross salary of at least € 69,060.60 for a fulltime position. An overpayment based on qualification and experience is possible.
