We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist (m/w/x) to join our team.

As we continue to grow through our Go-Global initiative and strategic partnerships, we are looking for talented individuals to join us in shaping the future of regulatory compliance and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
Your Responsibilities
- First point of contact for employees, managers, and executives on all HR-related topics, including labor law, social security, and payroll.
- Managing HR processes and driving their continuous optimisation.
- Designing and implementing HR strategies.
- Enthusiasm for taking on recruiting and active sourcing activities.
- Handling onboarding and off-boarding to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
- Personnel Administration: Managing employee data in HiBob.
- Time Management: Overseeing and finalising the monthly time tracking.
- Payroll & Compensation: Preparing, reviewing, and approving monthly payroll in close collaboration with an external service provider.
Your Profile
- Higher education (preferably a university degree).
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a relevant HR role in Austria.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Austrian labor law.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken & written) – must-have.
- Strong interest in a diverse and dynamic role.
- High sense of responsibility combined with a willingness to embrace change and new ideas.

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting at 49.000,- EUR, according to the valid IT collective agreement with the willingness to overpay according to qualifications and professional experience.
