Quality Assurance Engineer (ServiceNow)

We currently have a vacancy for a Quality Assurance Engineer (ServiceNow) fluent in English, to offer services remotely within the EU. The successful candidate will be integrated into the company's team and will cooperate closely with a major client’s IT team on site during the first assignment.

Your Tasks

1. Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test reports specific to ServiceNow implementations.
2. Set up and manage Quality Assurance processes related to system design, development, and testing for operations.
3. Review project artefacts, including process documentation, design documents, and configuration details.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and incorporate review feedback.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or a relevant discipline, with at least 7 years of relevant IT experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in disciplined software testing approaches.
• At least 4 years of experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps to support testing.
• At least 4 years of experience working in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow testing, including standard and custom modules.
• Strong manual testing skills.
• Experience with various testing types (functional, performance, security, etc.).
• ISTQB certification is an advantage.
• Excellent command of the English language.
