We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer for Instrumentation and Controls (m/f/d) for our Data Center Business Unit in Vienna, Austria.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Planning, specification, and design of instrumentation and control systems for Data Center facilities
- Coordination with process, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines
- Preparation of tender documents, technical specifications, and instrumentation lists
- Review and approval of I&C documents from suppliers and subcontractors
- On-site support during installation, commissioning, and qualification
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards
- Supporting project management in scheduling and technical documentation
- Interface coordination between automation, process, and construction teams
Show your expertise
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Process Engineering, or a related field
- Multiple years of experience in instrumentation and control systems, ideally in the Data Center industry
- Familiarity with relevant standards
- Experience with control systems is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and structured working style
- Fluent in English, ideally also in German
- Willingness to travel and work within multidisciplinary teams
