What you will learn

  • Daily operations of Corporate Procurement and related processes for OMV, Petrom, and Borealis.
  • Procurement administration tasks such as purchase order preparation, invoice checking, and demand challenge.
  • Benchmark topics like vendor research, evaluation, and market research.
  • Procurement calculations, data analysis, and information preparation.
  • Expense tracking, reporting, cost analysis, and risk management.
  • Data maintenance in procurement tools (especially SAP / SAP ARIBA).
  • Support for national and international tenders.

What we are looking for

  • Currently studying Business Administration or Supply Chain Management and seeking practical experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for working with data and numbers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Team-oriented and proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in German and English.
