We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Operator and a Team Leader to join our current Warehouse team!

Job Purpose - Management of all aspects of the warehouse operation, including safety and efficiency.
Key Job Functions in Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the daily operation of the warehouse, its organization and workflow
- Receiving and recording inbound goods
- Facilitating and assisting to unload containers
- Organizing and managing regular cycle counts and stock takes
- Maintaining order, cleanliness and OHS procedures in the warehouse
- Manage storage and mobile plant assets used
- Work with management to assess future asset requirements
Experience /Training
- Proven Warehouse Team Leader experience
- Ability to lead a team
- Good organization skills
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Must be flexible with job tasks, when required
- Good interpersonal skills
- SAP knowledge relevant for the warehouse environment
- Ability to work and communicate in a team environment
- Initiative and self-starter
- Ability to interpret and communicate analytical results
- High level of time management
- High level customer focus
- Ability to build strong relationships
