Job Description

The Process & Project Management team is responsible for the technical management of interdisciplinary teams and interface coordination. A strong customer focus ensures that all projects meet the needs of our customers and guarantee maximum satisfaction.

We are looking for dynamic personalities with strategic vision and strong communication skills who want to lead our company's projects to success.

Skill Requirements

• Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Fokus auf Logistik, Projekt- und Prozessmanagement
• Analytisches Denken, technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung in Prozessmodellierung
• Eigenverantwortung, Teamfähigkeit und idealerweise Projektleitungserfahrung
• Begeisterung für Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen
• Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse sowie Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
• Arbeitserfahrung in einem globalen Umfeld von Vorteil

• Mitarbeit an Organisationsprojekten und Einführung effizienter Abläufe
• Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern zur Umsetzung digitaler Innovationen
• Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen zur Sicherung von Standards
• Verantwortung für die Prozessbetreuung im Bereich Projektlogistik
• Definition und Sicherstellung einheitlicher Group Standards
