Position Details:

• Role: Demand and Supply Planner (W/M/D)
• Department: Supply Chain
• Location: Vienna
• Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure optimal supply of products across Nespresso Austria
2. Manage the monthly planning process and coordinate with stakeholders
3. Calculate demand needs and ensure timely delivery to various locations
4. Report on and monitor key performance indicators
5. Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and quality

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in demand and supply planning
• Completed university or college education, preferably in logistics or supply chain management
• Structured working style with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Experience in delivering presentations
• Proficiency in report creation and basic knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
