Role Overview

• Support customers via email and live chat, providing accurate and helpful responses.
• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Balance responsibilities between customer support (70%) and content moderation (30%).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to inquiries and complaints.
• Review images, accounts, and text content to maintain safety and compliance.
• Stay updated on policies and guidelines.
• Report trends and violations, providing feedback to management.
• Suggest workflow and process improvements.
• Participate in training for quality and compliance.
• Adapt to various workflows and client requirements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in German (C2 level) and good English skills.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail, quick decision-making, proactive attitude.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Working Conditions

• Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 00:00 Midnight.
• 5 days/week, 2 days off.
• Indefinite contract.
• Onsite training during first two weeks.
