SAP Team Lead

• Full Time (40 h/w)
• Klosterneuburg near Vienna, Austria / Home Office possible
• € 4,500* gross/month

Excellent research needs state-of-the-art IT infrastructure and innovative digital services. With a team of about 50 experts, we will redesign the institute's digital landscape over the next few years and implement an ambitious transformation programme to facilitate the institute’s rapid growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of currently four SAP professionals
• Coordinate and prioritise SAP projects and daily operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver end-to-end processes and effective SAP solutions
• Ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of SAP ERP and HR systems as well as SAP Ariba
• Lead the conversion from SAP ECC to S/4HANA in an alliance with other institutions
• Foster a positive team environment and drive continuous improvement
• Managing external subcontractors and consultants

Your Profile

• Proven experience with SAP (preferably 5+ years)
• Previous leadership or project management experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Working language is English, fluent in German is a must
• Ability to work as part of a team
• University degree in computer science, business informatics or a similar field
• Ability to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Excellent knowledge of process modelling
• Hands-on mentality, precise working style and clear communication
