Leading and mentoring internal team members and stakeholders within the newly established GBS team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Driving the development and implementation of change management strategies within GBS projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and priorities
Setting strategic project goals and translating them into actionable change management plans
Applying expertise in organisational change management and communication to enhance project outcomes and stakeholder engagement
Building trust through active listening, understanding key stakeholder needs, and serving as a trusted advisor for top management on change and communication strategies
Facilitating effective communication within teams and across departments
Monitoring and evaluating the success of change management initiatives, continuously improving approaches as needed
Conducting change impact and readiness assessments as well as stakeholder analyses to guide decision-making
Driving significant value creation for ALDI globally by further developing the GBS organisation
Organising, managing, and presenting in meetings, workshops, and forums at senior leadership levels
Providing regular change management status updates to internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
A degree in organisational change management, business psychology, communications, HR, or a related field
At least 5 years of proven experience in organisational change management, communications, or a similar field, with a strong focus on people engagement
Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and grow a team of 1–3 employees, fostering collaboration and development
A successful track record in managing change initiatives within large-scale project environments, holding a leading position
Expertise in senior leadership communication, effectively conveying strategic visions and building alignment
Skilled at presenting recommendations, building consensus, and generating excitement for new ideas
A people-focused approach with exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder influence skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multinational, cross-functional environment
Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and delivering them with impact
Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
