Full-Time Service Coordinator – Brisbane & Gold Coast Offices
Join an Industry Leader in Insurance-Based Electrical & Plumbing Services

Live Services Group is a well-established service provider specialising in insurance industry works across the electrical and plumbing fields. We are seeking a professional and motivated Full-Time Service Coordinator to join our growing team, based across our Gold Coast and Brisbane offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and schedule all jobs, quotes, activities, and field tasks efficiently
  2. Manage and maintain the trade and booking calendar
  3. Liaise with builders, trades, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth job progression
  4. Support Project Managers with daily administrative and operational requirements
  5. Respond to all enquiries professionally and in a timely manner
  6. Participate in an on-call after-hours job booking roster (every 7–8 weeks)
  7. Remain adaptable and responsive to emergency job requirements

Key Skills & Experience:

  1. Previous experience in a similar coordination or scheduling role (essential)
  2. SimPRO experience highly regarded but not essential – training provided
  3. Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication
  5. High attention to detail and commitment to job completion
  6. Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships

About the Role:

Full-time role | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Based across our Brisbane and Gold Coast locations
