Next Job Abroad is seeking a highly motivated German Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team within the thriving iGaming industry in Malta. As a Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist German-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

In this position, you will be tasked with responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering comprehensive information on our diverse array of gaming products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary customer support to German-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone
• Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner
• Provide detailed information regarding our gaming services to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to facilitate service improvements
• Participate in ongoing training initiatives to further develop your product knowledge and customer service skills
  
  
  

• Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and support tools is beneficial
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new culture
