Your Role: Own the Challenge
In this training, you will plan, build and maintain networks. You will install, configure and maintain servers and server operating systems as well as hardware and software systems. You will learn about IT security and implement it. You will also analyze and resolve hard, soft, and network problems. They create, update and distribute protocols and documents. In addition, you will support customers with inquiries.

- Communication skills: You often work with clients. Good communication skills in German and English are important in order to convey technical information in an understandable way and to understand customer needs.

- Security awareness: IT systems must be configured and maintained securely. Awareness of security risks and best practices is essential.
- Organization and time management: Training requires the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently.
- Flexibility and adaptability: The IT industry is constantly evolving. They should be willing to adapt to new technologies and continuously evolve.

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is €1,223.52 gross per month as of May 2025.
