Amazon’s Marketing team is seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic leader to join as Head of Influencer and Partnerships. This individual will own the strategy, investment management, and partner development for Amazon’s Influencer and Affiliate (Associates) programs in Turkey.
Key job responsibilities
Influencer Channel Ownership: Build, expand, and optimize Amazon’s Influencer Channel in Turkey by identifying and recruiting high-impact partners.
Business Development: Proactively build and prioritize a pipeline of prospective leads to support both short-term impact and long-term strategic growth.
Strategic Guidance: Provide thought leadership and strategic advice for influencer and partnership investment decisions, ensuring the right partner selections and collaboration frameworks.
Key Account Management: Personally lead key negotiations and manage top-tier partner accounts to maximize performance and scalability.
Performance Management: Analyze business results, report insights to senior leadership, and continuously optimize campaign efficacy and efficiency.
Budget Management: Control and optimize marketing spend while driving measurable improvements in return on investment (ROI).
Process Development: Contribute to developing best practices, tools, and scalable processes for influencer and partnership activities.
Bachelor’s degree
Solid experience with Marketing
Solid experience in influencer affiliate marketing.
Deep understanding of the affiliate marketing and influencer ecosystems in Turkey.
Demonstrated track record of driving and scaling partner programs with measurable success.
Proven ability to develop, negotiate, and manage high-value partnerships.
Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
Strong ownership and must be able to solve problems and deliver result with ambiguous information and minimal direction in a cross functional environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
MBA or relevant advanced degree
Experience working in an international, matrixed organization.
Experience managing external agencies and partners.
Ability to self-organize multiple tasks well and to complete them on time with a strong focus on quantitative results.
Demonstrated capability and willingness to own and solve problems with ambiguous information and little direction.
