We are seeking a Brisbane-based Account Manager, who will be initially located on our customer’s premises.
The Account Manager will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and seamless transportation and supply chain solutions for our valued clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, optimising logistical processes, and coordinating end-to-end operations to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this newly created role will require the successful applicant to support our Brisbane-based customers.
What you will be doing
- Relationship management of key clients
- Client satisfaction and retention
- Manage a range of allocated accounts against set KPIs
- Maintain professionalism in a client-facing role, with strong interaction with our clients and suppliers
- Support special projects including internal operations, marketing, system implementation, support, rating, planning, and execution

Skills and Experience:
- Management reporting and data analytics
- Freight experience preferred
- Part of an existing commercial team

- Methodical approach to data and reporting
