We are currently seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Manager for a prestigious international construction company operating in Africa. The company has been a leader in the construction industry for over 50 years and is known for delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across Africa.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all subcontractors and site personnel
• Enforce the Project Safety Plan to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Oversee the timely and orderly execution of all construction works
• Ensure full conformity of works, preventing major nonconformities
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
• Manage, supervise, and coordinate subcontractor activities on-site

Your Profile:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Several years of international experience in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction management, building regulations, and health & safety laws
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD 2D & 3D) and construction trade software (Prolog, Bluebeam, Primavera)
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects effectively
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills
