We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Area Operations Manager who can take ownership of their portfolio. You will be the go-to person for your area and drive a positive culture within your territory.

What you'll do

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, the Area Manager will be a trusted coach and consultant for our franchise network in WA, with a focus on guiding and supporting our franchise partners.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  1. Drive the operational compliance and growth of our restaurants.
  2. Assist with the growth of our customer base, restaurant sales, and profitability.
  3. Manage new restaurant openings in your area.
  4. Proactively lead, train, coach, and develop our Franchise Partners and their teams.
  5. Review, monitor, and improve restaurant operations to ensure consistency and a customer-first culture.
  6. Build network capabilities by ensuring restaurants are set up for success through reporting, analyses, continual training, and implementing processes and procedures in line with Zambrero standards.
  7. Cultivate and build relationships within the network to promote transparency and cohesiveness.

About you

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with food safety and workplace health standards applicable to hospitality or quick-service environments.
  • Multi-site management experience in QSR or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to different situations and styles.
  • Ability to build credible relationships at all levels.
  • Commercially aware, calm under pressure, and objective.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in all activities.
  • Share our humanitarian values and be passionate about making a difference in the world.
