Head of Product Management

Role Overview

An innovative company in the eMobility sector is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to take full ownership of a growing product portfolio, which now includes both AC and DC charging solutions. This is a high-impact role, leading an international team of five and managing the full product lifecycle—from concept to market launch—across both hardware and software offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a diverse eMobility product portfolio, spanning AC (4kW) to high-power DC (480kW) solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five international product management professionals.
• Drive portfolio expansion with a strong focus on DC charging technology, following a recent acquisition in the sector.
• Define and execute product strategies that support overall business objectives.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, including concept development, roadmap planning, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Perform thorough market and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Act as the central liaison for sales, marketing, R&D, and other internal teams.
• Lead the product roadmap and pitch initiatives to promote innovation and long-term growth.
• Foster a hands-on, results-oriented culture while staying aligned with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical product management.
• Solid background in hardware and/or software product development is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented approach.
• Proven leadership experience, ideally with international or cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a pragmatic, action-driven attitude.
• Genuine interest in eMobility and a passion for shaping the future of sustainable transportation.
