We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to lead our digital presence and e-commerce growth from our global headquarters in Vienna.

Your Role

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Own and manage content across digital platforms: social media, website, and online marketplaces.
• Work with creators, designers, and agencies to create compelling, on-brand content.
• Lead community management and social media engagement initiatives.
• Drive alignment between digital activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Optimize our online presence across different markets and e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with regional teams to localize digital campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools for campaign automation, personalization, and performance analysis.
• Improve UX and conversion rates across digital channels.
• Monitor KPIs and report on performance, continuously optimizing strategy.
• Manage budgets, external partners, and internal marketing tools.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce (B2C focus preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media, brand storytelling, and customer journeys.
• Solid knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Amazon Seller Central.
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strategic mindset with a creative eye and passion for digital trends.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
