Automotive Vehicle Protection Specialist / Aftermarket Sales Consultant | Macgregor Volkswagen

A New opportunity is available at our Brand-New MacGregor Volkswagen dealership for an experienced Automotive Vehicle Protection Specialist/ Aftermarket Sales Consultant, working Brisbane’s Largest Volkswagen Dealership. We are looking for the right person/s and are open to job-sharing opportunities.

Role Responsibilities:

Demonstrate and sell aftermarket products such as rust proofing, tinting and paint protection
Demonstrate the Motorama warranty process and the benefits involved
Prepare relevant paperwork for delivery of the customers vehicles
Assist the Sales Consultants by offering tea and coffee to customers waiting in our cafe area
Maintain customer follow up

About you:

3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Open (manual) driver's license
Results driven, ambitious and hardworking
Self-starter with a flexible approach & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A “customer first” approach, where you consistently demonstrate a can-do attitude
Excellent communication and the ability to talk to customers in a friendly, professional manner
Great time management and attention to detail
Be a Team player
