Your role in The UnitingCare Hospitals team
Reporting to the Hospital Registration Manager, the Hospital Registration Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the quality of the clerical preadmission experience for all planned admissions and the timely & accurate recognition of patient eligibility and confirmation of details.
You will also provide leadership to a team of hospital registration officers, operating with a high degree of autonomy, seeking to resolve complex issues often outside of current policies, procedures or precedents.
