Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain IT Service Catalog for the Region CEE
  2. Oversee the delivery of IT services to all regional locations, ensuring services meet performance, quality, and operational standards
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for IT service requests, incidents, and escalations across the region
  4. Collaborate with the Regional Management to develop and maintain regional IT service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  5. Define and improve processes and rules to ensure prompt resolution to minimize downtime and impact on business operations
  6. Continuously evaluate and improve IT services through user feedback, performance metrics, and ongoing service reviews
  7. Support the Regional IT Manager in the planning, coordination, and implementation of IT projects
  8. Maintain accurate documentation of IT service operations, including incident reports, service performance, and process workflows

What Makes You Great

  • Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of business processes, IT systems, and ITIL principles
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT service management or related roles
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
  • Enthusiastic about collaborating with international teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
