Human Resources Specialist

Location: Salzburg / Remote within Austria

At fiskaltrust, we provide seamless fiscalization solutions that integrate with POS systems to ensure secure and compliant transaction processing across Europe. With a presence in multiple European countries and a commitment to innovation and transparency, we are growing—and we’re looking for a proactive HR Specialist to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

Labour Law & Contract Management

  • Provide expert guidance on Austrian labour and employment law, including contracts for all employment levels
  • Draft, revise, and manage employment contracts, amendments, and related documentation
  • Support compliance with labour regulations in other European countries in coordination with legal partners

Payroll & HR Administration

  • Manage and coordinate monthly payroll in Austria, in collaboration with external providers
  • Support the setup and ongoing management of payroll processes across other European countries
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and oversee timekeeping and tracking systems (e.g., Timr, BMD, or similar tools)

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, from planning and job adverts to interviews and candidate selection
  • Strengthen employer branding to attract talent both locally and internationally
  • Design and execute onboarding processes that cover workflows, compliance, and cultural integration

Organisational Development

  • Help build and refine a modern, scalable HR framework
  • Co-create and implement a structured bonus and incentive system
  • Contribute to change and growth initiatives that support our international expansion

Internal Communication & Culture

  • Establish open communication across teams and countries
  • Organise internal events and culture-building initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership on defining and communicating the company’s mission and values

Your Profile

  • Completed education in HR (e.g., Payroll Accounting, HR Management)
  • Strong knowledge of Austrian labour law and collective agreements
  • Experience or willingness to grow expertise in labour law and employment practices across multiple European countries
  • Skilled in employment contracts, international payroll coordination, and HR operations
  • Proficient with HR and payroll tools (e.g., Timr, BMD, or similar systems)
  • Excellent command of German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Organised, proactive, and independent working style with strong communication skills
  • Empathetic team player passionate about modern HR and organisational culture
  • Willing to travel to Salzburg and other cities as needed; remote work from Austria is fully supported

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum gross salary for this position, based on the Austrian IT collective agreement, is €3,843/month (full-time, 38.5 hours/week), corresponding to €53,802 gross annually. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer a market-aligned and competitive salary that may significantly exceed this minimum.
