Machine Learning Ops Engineer

Using AI technology, we automatically create personalized designs based on the content our users want to print. We’re looking for an enthusiastic ML / ML Ops Engineer to play a key role in the entire ML lifecycle — from data collection and preprocessing to infrastructure management and full-stack deployment.

YOUR SKILLS

• 3+ years of experience as an ML Engineer / AI Engineer / ML Ops Engineer / Data Scientist or similar role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• Strong Python skills and ability to investigate and debug models on backend (JVM) or mobile platforms (Swift/Kotlin)
• Knowledge of model compression and quantization techniques
• Experience deploying ML models on mobile and/or web platforms
• Proficiency with Docker containerization
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
• Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration ability

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enhance user experience with AI features in our top printing app
• Design and develop data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Build and maintain cloud ML infrastructure
• Improve and tune existing models
• Optimize models for mobile hardware
• Convert models for deployment (ONNX, CoreML, etc.)
• Deploy models as APIs or embedded modules
• Collaborate with development teams for integration
• Implement monitoring and feedback systems
