We are a specialized clinic for cardiovascular diseases and neurology with a center for vascular medicine and surgery, as well as a focus on geriatric medicine. Located in our traditional, non-profit hospital run by a religious order with approximately 280 beds, our core values are based on Christian principles. We always put people first.

Starting from November, we are looking for a dedicated, communicative station assistant as cover for maternity leave for 25 hours per week. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 13:00. Come talk to us – we look forward to your contact and to getting to know you!

Your Responsibilities

• Administration of inpatient admissions (phone contact, scheduling and assigning appointments, managing waiting and reservation lists)
• Coordination and scheduling of inpatient patients
• Recording clinical orders and services
• Answering phone inquiries
• Information desk for staff, patients, and relatives

Your Qualifications

• Completed training as an administrative assistant or medical administrative assistant
• A friendly demeanor, team spirit, and strong communication skills
• Ideally, experience in a similar work environment
• Proficiency in the 10-finger typing system and knowledge of medical terminology
• A structured, independent, and responsible work approach
• Organizational talent and the ability to remain calm and respectful in challenging situations
• Solid German language skills in speaking and writing
