Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will plan, build, and maintain networks. You will install, configure, and maintain servers, server operating systems, hardware, and software systems. You will learn about IT security and implement best practices. You will also analyze and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Additionally, you will create, update, and distribute protocols and documentation. Supporting customers with inquiries will also be part of your responsibilities.

• Technical interest and understanding: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networks, and operating systems. A strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn continuously are essential.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical problems efficiently using logical thinking.
• Communication skills: Proficiency in German and English to effectively communicate technical information and understand customer needs.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate and share knowledge within a team environment.
• Security awareness: Knowledge of security risks and best practices to ensure systems are securely configured and maintained.
• Organization and time management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently.
• Flexibility and adaptability: Willingness to adapt to new technologies and evolving industry standards.

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is €1,223.52 gross per month as of May 2025.
