What awaits you?

1. You will play an integral role in supporting the regional and local teams on the use of regional, state-of-the-art Business Intelligence tools.
2. You will act as a central point of contact between colleagues in the markets, central sales teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
3. You will create transparency as a decision-making base and drive analysis of business KPIs to identify opportunities and improve business results for our car business in the 12 CSEU markets.
4. You will act as a problem solver and idea generator for our automotive business.
5. Preparing management presentations for various meetings and working effectively with other business departments also belongs to your tasks.
6. You will derive management recommendations and business strategies based on KPI analysis.
7. You will be part of and contribute to one of the greatest transformations since the existence of the BMW Group.
8. An international team, department, and campus await you.

What you should bring along?

1. University degree in Business Administration/Economics or a related field.
2. Good analytical and data management skills.
3. Solid knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
4. Very strong interest in the automotive industry.
5. Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
6. Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent communication skills in English.
8. Positive attitude, team-oriented, and a self-starter.

We are looking for you as of October 2024 with a gross salary of € 3,300.
