Job Description:

• As a procurement specialist, you ensure the smooth flow and processing of order planning for raw materials and merchandise.
• This includes checking and recording order confirmations.
• You clarify delivery dates and postponements with suppliers, file complaints in the event of delivery delays, and manage complaints.
• Part of your job is to monitor and optimise stock levels and stock turnover, as well as maintain master data in the ERP system.

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial or technical education or training.
• First professional experience in purchasing or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Planning and organizational skills as well as teamwork and communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of English or German is necessary.
