Your Mission
As an Account Manager (AM), you will play a key role in driving Tellent’s growth by delivering value to clients and achieving ambitious revenue goals. Your responsibilities will include upselling, cross-selling, negotiating renewals, and managing pricing migrations. Building strong client relationships will be essential to ensuring their needs are met while driving business expansion.
You will act as the primary liaison for identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities, directly contributing to Tellent’s Net Revenue Retention (NRR) objectives. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Your primary focus will be maximizing customer value within your portfolio, with potential additional impact on tech-touch customers. You will drive revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and promoting higher-tier plans or additional products by Tellent. A key part of your role will be guiding customers through the transition to updated pricing models, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
Collaboration with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team will be crucial to strengthening customer relationships and unlocking commercial opportunities. By driving initiatives that benefit both Tellent and its customers, you will contribute significantly to the company’s success.
