Job Title: Office Manager (Full Time)

Role Responsibilities

Your role as an Office Manager involves overseeing all administrative operations of the clinic. You will work at the front desk with your reception team and collaborate with the Practice Leader to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

Candidate Requirements

• Leadership and team support skills,
• Experience managing office/admin responsibilities such as greeting patients, handling inquiries, scheduling, billing, debtor management, diary scheduling, organizing GP visits, managing referrals, staff rostering, training, and performance management, stock ordering, database updates, and reporting,
• Hands-on approach as the first point of contact at reception,
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills,
• Proactive in improving business processes,
• Experience with Hi-caps and/or medical software (Gensolve preferred),
• Practice management experience (Medical/Allied Health preferred),
• Availability Monday to Friday.
