Job Title: Executive Assistant for the CEO of Central and Eastern Europe, Vienna
Job Description:
Ensure efficient office management, including coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, business correspondence, and providing general administrative support to the management in daily regional operations.
Prepare reports, presentations, and various documents in German and English.
Serve as the main point of communication for internal and external contacts, both nationally and internationally.
Organize and follow up on meetings with business partners and stakeholders.
Take minutes and prepare detailed summaries for regional meetings.
Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, events, and management projects.
Coordinate and optimize regional and strategic projects.
Qualifications:
Completed higher education in Business Administration, Law, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
Relevant professional experience as an assistant, preferably to an executive.
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Independent, precise, and good communication skills.
High discretion, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to travel within the CEE region (approx. 20%).
