Responsibilities

• Develop security and company-specific guidelines for all phases of the DevOps cycle
• Conduct DevSecOps assessments and maturity evaluations, providing holistic consulting on people, processes, and technology
• Design security champion programs to enhance security culture and present recommendations to leadership
• Analyze SDLC architectures and implement measures to secure the entire ecosystem and IT security integration
• Secure development tools and processes within CI/CD pipelines

Required Skills

• Degree in IT security, computer science, business informatics, or equivalent
• Extensive experience in IT security, including secure application development (Java, Python, NodeJS)
• Experience with application security testing tools (SAST, SCA, DAST, IAST, Penetration Testing)
• Practical knowledge of DevSecOps processes, tools, architectures, and cloud environments
• Fluent in German and good English skills; willingness to travel for client projects
