Operations Technology Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our motivated Group Information Management Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Operations Technology Manager (m/f/d).

Your Role

• You plan and manage OT demands to ensure team assignments as per business value
• You ensure global projects deployment are sufficiently staffed & equipped to meet operations technology needs
• You ensure central products landscape (software & hardware) are developed and updated as per changing business demands
• You drive product management activities for the most critical OT systems, evaluating business demand and translate it into technical specifications
• You coach the team on 3rd level support
• You define metrics and manage external 2nd level support according to agreed SLAs
• You collect and identify OT business potentials to build a standards catalogue for deployment/reapplication
• You stay up-to-date in industry trends for internal reapplication

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor or master's degree in engineering (computer science, automation industrial are preferred)
• You have already gained 5 years of experience in a comparable position and like to work in an international and fast-paced environment
• You have experience in a manufacturing company either in operations and/or IT
• You have experience in ERP deployments (SAP or D365 are preferred) and/or MES
• You already worked in projects with integrated automation systems (i.e. Packaging lines) and industrial devices (i.e. industrial printers, scanners...)
• You are a team player with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving hands-on mentality
• You have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English (C1+), German is an advantage

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 70,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
