Location

Vienna with the possibility of hybrid working

Your tasks are:

1. Product management to innovate workflows and medical documentation with clinical content
2. Definition and implementation of product roadmap and strategy
3. Communication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBU’s
4. Conception and validation of development requirements in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers, and development teams, including leading business analysts
5. Functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentation
6. Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs
7. Actively manage communication about your product towards customers, services, and management
8. Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
9. Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization

You’ll bring in:

1. University degree in Medical Informatics, Medical Science or Engineering, or an equivalent program or experience (e.g., physician with additional studies in Medical Informatics)
2. 2 to 5 years of expertise in the software industry in Product Management, R&D, Service, or Customer support
3. Market knowledge in healthcare IT
4. Self-motivated product manager eager to optimize results for customers
5. Strong analytical capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in agile projects (scrum)
6. Strong business acumen and a motivated team player
7. Comprehensive Orbis knowledge is a plus
8. Excellent communication skills in German and English; French is a plus
9. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in German and English
10. Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines
11. Self-management skills and a self-starter attitude

Salary and considerations:

The minimum salary is 54,000 € gross per year (38.5 hours/week) according to the IT-collective agreement. Overpayment and bonuses depend on qualification and experience. Severely disabled applicants will be given special consideration if qualified.
