A global firm is seeking an IT Support professional to provide effective technology support to clients for internally developed SPMS applications and highly integrated applications.

You will have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing IT software support role.
• Relevant technical experience in Windows Server administration, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft .NET/C#, MS SQL Server, and Atlassian JIRA.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and frameworks such as Microsoft TFS/Azure DevOps is desirable.
