We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and results-driven Multi-Channel Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll drive direct sales for our innovative products, develop new accounts within your designated territory, meet and exceed sales targets, and build strong relationships with clients. Your inside sales expertise will enable you to deliver a world-class customer experience in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve and exceed sales targets within your territory.
  2. Develop and execute annual territory and account plans using the Evolus CRM system.
  3. Support healthcare provider marketing, medical education, and practice management via the Evolus Service Platform (eSP).
  4. Collaborate with Medical Affairs Clinicians and local opinion leaders to highlight scientific data and clinical benefits of Nuceiva.
  5. Sell products through presentations, promotional activities, and educational events.
  6. Create tailored commercial strategies and account plans for clients.
  7. Analyze sales data, customer segments, and market trends regularly.
  8. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
  9. Attend sales meetings and contribute to regional business planning.
  10. Record all activities in the CRM system weekly.
  11. Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  12. Maintain updated clinic data to support customers effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or related sales fields.
  • Familiarity with Austrian Medicines and Medical Devices Agency is a plus.
  • Experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Additional Information

  • Remote role with flexible work arrangements.
  • Travel up to 50% for customer meetings and industry events.
  • Report to the General Manager, Germany & Austria.
