The Role:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead our commercial growth strategy. This critical leadership role combines both sales and marketing responsibilities, driving market entry, brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and partnership development. You will be responsible for building and executing an integrated plan to establish Agri Spectra AI as a leader in the AgTech and SpaceTech space, targeting key enterprise accounts and strategic partners within German-speaking and international markets. This is a unique opportunity for a versatile commercial leader to make a significant impact from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a unified sales and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Craft compelling, value-based messaging (in German and English) highlighting the unique ROI of our Products.
  • Build and manage Agri Spectra AI's brand presence and digital footprint (website, SEO, social media, content).
  • Plan and execute targeted lead generation campaigns across various channels to fill the sales pipeline.
  • Identify, engage, negotiate, and close direct sales deals with large farms and agribusinesses.
  • Build and manage strategic channel partnerships with agronomic consultants and agricultural retailers.
  • Create high-quality sales and marketing collateral to support all stages of the customer journey.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key sales and marketing performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop sales forecasts and manage the associated marketing/sales budget.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Agronomy teams to ensure market feedback informs product development.
  • Represent Agri Spectra AI at industry events and build key relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience encompassing both B2B/enterprise sales (direct and channel) is required, preferably within AgTech, SaaS, or complex data/technology sectors.
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong ability to develop and articulate value propositions focused on ROI, particularly for the agricultural industry.
  • Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Broad digital marketing skillset (content, SEO/SEM, social, email, analytics) combined with strategic planning capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation/analytics tools.
  • Highly strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
