Your Role

1. Lead the integration of recent acquisitions to support growth strategy execution.
2. Manage and drive international optimization and continuous improvement projects, focusing on operations and central services.
3. Own group-wide or site-specific transformation initiatives, ensuring effective project management.
4. Prepare and present strategic decision papers for MM Group’s Executive Board.
5. Lead international project teams with diverse backgrounds as part of a passionate professional team.

Your Profile

1. Several years of experience leading transformation projects in an industrial environment.
2. At least 4 years in strategy or management consulting (e.g., Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy).
3. Proven project team leadership and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English is required, German is a plus.
4. Excellent communication skills, capable of impactful presentations and meetings.
5. Willingness to travel up to 50% and enjoy on-site work.
6. Bold, solution-driven, hands-on attitude, and enjoyment working with diverse teams.
7. Strong analytical and strategic skills to identify opportunities and clarify complexity.
8. Open to occasional after-work social events.

Starting annual gross compensation is €70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
