Position Overview

As the Global Product Coordinator (GPC) for RHI Magnesita's slide gate and nozzle product portfolio, you will define and execute product strategies, resolve technical issues, and manage our product portfolio, including new products related to mergers and acquisitions. You will serve as a key technical interface between regional R&D, marketing, sales, global functions, and our plant network. Your goal is to efficiently manage the product lifecycle, reduce complexity, and create value. Additionally, you will develop new technologies and products, support market roll-out, and coordinate projects with R&D and marketing. You will provide technical consultation to regional marketing teams worldwide, offering a holistic view of the product portfolio.

• Manage product portfolios throughout all lifecycle stages, including integration from mergers and acquisitions.
• Coordinate product and technology development projects in collaboration with internal experts at Interstop.
• Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting, complaint handling, and process optimization.
• Assist sales and marketing teams with technical input, customer complaint resolution, and training.
• Promote digital/AI tools, monitor intellectual property, and contribute to patent and licensing decisions.
• Gather customer and competitor feedback, and present new products and developments internally and externally.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Ceramic, Materials, or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Extensive experience in technical marketing (preferably flow control) and/or refractory products in the steel industry.
• Expertise in slide gates and nozzles.

Our Offer

The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at €78,000, with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market conditions.
