Für einen unserer Stores in Wien und Umgebung suchen wir ab sofort einen Filialleiter / Store Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit 38,5 Std. pro Woche.

Deine Aufgaben

• Storeleitung nach zentralseitigen Vorgaben
• Verantwortung für Umsatz- und Inventurergebnisse und aller verwaltenden Personaltätigkeiten u.a. Personaleinsatzplanung
• Umsetzung gegebener Konzepte und Richtlinien mit Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten
• Maximierung des Standortpotenzials
• Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
• Agieren als Motivator, Vorbild und Coach, sowie Schaffung einer Kommunikationskultur
  
  

Dein Profil

• Führungserfahrung im Rahmen von Großflächenkonzepten/ größerer Teams
• Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse u.a. in der Auswertung von KPIs
• Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft/ der Langzeitplanung
• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsfreude in einer dynamischen Kultur
• Hands-On Mentalität
  
  

* Wir bieten ein attraktives und marktkonformes Bruttojahresgehalt, dass sich an Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung orientiert und das für diese Position mindestens 50.000 € auf Vollzeitbasis beträgt.*
