That’s You

• Complete studies in the field of IT or business administration.
• At least 4 - 6 years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, project manager or a comparable position.
• Knowledge of project management tools and Agile methodologies, such as Jira and Confluence.
• A solution-oriented and team player attitude, with strong communication and networking skills.
• Hands-on mentality, with the ability to see the bigger picture and act as a troubleshooter when required.
• Ability to own and drive end-to-end product and business processes.
• A high level of German and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

That’s Your Daily Business

• You will gather and analyse user feedback and business requirements, to assist in product development decisions and ensure that the product meets the needs of the target market.
• You will focus on reporting risks and creating functional and higher-level technical specifications for software development, testing and implementation projects.
• On a continuous basis, you will evaluate and improve business processes to ensure that they are efficient, while understanding and identifying interdependencies.
• You will take charge of managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, supporting or leading contract negotiations, defining SLAs based on business requirements, approving purchase orders and reviewing invoices.
• You will keep track of industry trends and new technologies and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate.
• You will organize and moderate meetings, workshops, and required training sessions.
• When necessary, you will work directly with our brick-and-mortar stores to identify issues and find solutions for the improvement of established processes.

In Austria, we are legally obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective labour agreement in trade. This is per year 37.674, - € gross. However, we offer a higher salary in accordance with your experience and qualifications. We're happy to discuss everything else in person.
