The Customer Profitability Management (CPM) team is responsible for the management and development of innovative system solutions that generate valuable business insights about our customers and profitability in the RedBull organisations around the globe.

In this role, based on business and user needs, you’ll be entrusted with identifying, designing, and implementing system enhancements as well as new processes and technologies. Your mission will be to find process efficiencies, secure data quality and improve user experience. You'll also be responsible for implementing our CPM tools in subsidiaries worldwide, as well as ensuring that there are correct processes in place for the analysis of customer profitability. As part of the projects, you'll lead or support, you'll be entrusted and encouraged to bring forward innovative ideas and methods to tackle complex topics. Additionally, you'll act as a point of contact for local Key Users and support them in case of any tool questions as well as system issues.

Responsibilities

Areas that play to your strengths:

  • Lead project teams and projects from end to end: from project planning, understanding and documentation of business requirements (BSS), to system testing, implementation and training the users. Depending on the project’s complexity, urgency, and length, define which approach and methodology to apply to achieve the project goals best.
  • Challenge the status quo, facilitate discussions, and continuously identify and manage various project and process dependencies. A proven track record of stakeholder management and strong communication skills is vital for this role.
  • Act as a partner for both subsidiaries and HQ in establishing and fully taking advantage of the potential of the CPM system, focusing on business processes.
  • Collaborate with sales, revenue management, finance, and operations teams to capture business requirements and keep a strong alignment on the short and long-term strategy.
  • Act as a global point of contact for the CPM tool and help local key users around the world in case of process or system-related issues and questions.
  • Conceive and create trainings and workshops as well as prepare related materials and documentation. Hold on-site and online trainings for the system users of our subsidiaries to ensure proper system handling and strengthen the connection with key users.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Project Management/ Finance/ Controlling/ Product Management/ IT/ Sales.
  • University Degree in Business Administration or Finance or IT.
  • Strong IT skills and technically savvy, familiarity with ERP systems or any integrated business analytics tool is an advantage (SAP - CRM, ERP (SD, FI, COPA), S4/HANA, SAC, BI or Essbase, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience in the FMCG industry and/or focus on sales controlling or revenue management is an advantage.
  • Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks, and find solutions.
  • Results-oriented team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and passionate for learning.
  • Travel 0-10%.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
