We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and results-driven Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead our Mining Services division.

Working with an established client base of mining services companies and driving new business development, you will recruit professionals across all aspects of the mining services sector. Your extensive networks in the mining industry will be critical in identifying top talent and delivering tailored solutions for our clients.

Based in our Subiaco office, with flexibility for remote work, this role offers the chance to join a collaborative, high-performing team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your extensive mining industry networks to attract and engage high-quality candidates
• Engage with an existing portfolio of mining services clients
• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the division
• Build a compelling LinkedIn presence and attend key industry networking events
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Conduct reference checks and manage onboarding/induction processes
• Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our CRM

Preferred Experience:
Previous recruitment experience in the mining services sector is highly desirable. However, we also welcome applicants with white-collar recruitment experience across technical, trades, or industrial verticals.
