At Littlepay, our passion is to make payment journeys effortless, both in-person via contactless and online via web and mobile checkouts. The Product team sits at the heart of achieving our ambitious vision and goals. We’re looking for a customer-focused, strategic Product Manager in Melbourne to work closely with our partners and merchants and internally with our technical and business stakeholders to help shape the future of transit payments.
As a custodian of the customer, you will work closely with our teams to identify new problems, initiate ideas, and deliver new and innovative solutions - from core payments processing to enable our transit merchants to seamlessly accept payments, to slick transaction and customer analytics solutions. You will also support integrations in and out of our platform, whether it be integrating partners, acquiring bank and payment network services.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will act as the conduit between Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial to understand desired customer and stakeholder outcomes, gather requirements, and then articulate the required propositions and functionality that can be implemented in an agile manner.

For those assigned to an office location, we generally expect a minimum two-day presence in the office each week. This may vary depending on your role, team, and location. For example, our team in Luxembourg works 100% from the office, whereas our AU and UK teams currently work a minimum of 2 days onsite in our Melbourne/London offices. Some positions might require more frequent office attendance to support cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, or specific team workflows. Your hiring manager will provide details relevant to your role.
