Work for an employer that helps women and children from diverse backgrounds within our community.

Be part of an inclusive and diverse workforce that values cultural capability.

Be rewarded with great working conditions, including salary packaging, flexible arrangements, learning opportunities, and professional development in a safe environment.

Work for an employer committed to creating safe communities for women and children impacted by domestic, family, and sexual violence.

About IWSS

The Immigrant Women’s Support Service (IWSS) offers culturally sensitive advocacy, counselling, and support to immigrant and refugee women and children from CALD backgrounds affected by domestic and/or sexual violence.

IWSS operates from a feminist, rights-based framework, valuing cultural diversity and addressing disadvantages faced by CALD women and children due to societal inequalities.
