About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries related to trading accounts, platform navigation, and general support. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for each client.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries related to accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and trading platform use
  2. Guide new clients through onboarding, KYC, and account verification
  3. Log and track customer interactions in compliance with regulatory standards
  4. Escalate technical or complex issues to relevant departments
  5. Support internal teams by sharing customer feedback and insights
  6. Help identify potential security issues or fraudulent activity
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support services

Your Profile

  1. Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  2. 2+ years of customer support experience, ideally in financial services or brokerage
  3. Fluency in English and German or Hungarian (spoken and written)
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong customer focus
  6. Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
