Opportunity Overview

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inventory Management: Source and track new vehicle allocations. Perform Stock Swaps and follow through on delivery schedules to ensure vehicles are received as expected.
  2. Stock Control: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including movements and storage locations.
  3. Administration: Input accurate data into the client’s Dealer Management System (DMS) regarding stock activities such as receiving, selling, and transferring vehicles. Manage purchase orders, invoices, floorplan requirements, and reconciliations diligently.
  4. Registration Duties: Handle vehicle registration tasks when required, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory standards.

Skills and Experience Sought

  • Attention to Detail: Precision in data management and record-keeping is paramount.
  • Prior Dealership Experience: Familiarity with the fast-paced automotive environment and existing dealership processes.
  • Communication and Organization: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cohesively with colleagues and the sales team.
  • System and Regional Knowledge: Experience with ERA DMS and understanding of VIC Roads requirements.
